Can You Build a Cabin for Under $12,000? I Did It.

Let's do a brief walk-thru and discussion of this cabin and then dive right into the costs associated with a build like this and what you can expect to spend on building materials to do this same structure. Prices included will be the framing materials, siding, trim, hardware, door & windows, and sheet metal. Plus discussing the next steps on a build like this! There will still be lots that needs done in the future: rainwater collection, plumbing, electric, & insulation just to name a few. But maybe it's time we consider getting into a house where we can put in sweat equity and save that interest payment.
