Chicken Chilli Recipe | Restaurant Style Chicken Chilli at Home | Crispy & Spicy Chicken Hello everyone, welcome to Ai Rasoi by Sam!** ❤️ Today we’re making *restaurant-style Chicken Chilli at home* — crispy fried chicken tossed with colorful capsicum, onion, green chillies, spring onion and a delicious spicy sauce. This easy Indo-Chinese recipe is perfect for lunch, dinner or a special snack. 🍗 Ingredients *For Chicken:* 500 g boneless chicken Salt to taste Black pepper 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp chilli sauce 1 egg 2 tbsp cornflour 2 tbsp all-purpose flour Oil for frying *For Stir-Fry:* 1 onion, cut into cubes 1 capsicum, cut into cubes 2 green chillies, sliced 1 tbsp chopped garlic 1 tsp chopped ginger 2 spring onions *For Sauce:* 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp chilli sauce 2 tbsp tomato ketchup 1 tsp vinegar 👩‍🍳 Method 1. Cut the onion and capsicum into medium-sized cubes. 2. Slice the green chillies and chop the garlic, ginger and spring onions. 3. Marinate the chicken with salt, black pepper, soy sauce, chilli sauce, egg, cornflour and all-purpose flour. 4. Mix well until every chicken piece is evenly coated. 5. Deep-fry the chicken until golden and crispy. 6. Heat a wok with a little oil and stir-fry garlic, ginger and green chillies. 7. Add onion and capsicum and cook on high heat. 8. Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, ketchup and vinegar. 9. Add the crispy chicken and toss everything together. 10.
