The Hidden Side of Northern Pakistan 🇵🇰

In this video, I explore the stunning region of Skardu in northern Pakistan. I start the day on my rented Honda motorbike, heading out along the valley and stopping for a cup of chai, the most traditional way to begin any morning in Pakistan. From there, I ride through breathtaking mountain roads, stopping at a local viewpoint for some authentic food before making my way to Lower Kachora Lake, home to the famous Shangri-La Resort. After paying the small entry fee, I take some time to explore the area and take in its beauty before continuing to Upper Kachora Lake, where the atmosphere is much livelier. I grab a fresh apricot juice and a cherry juice, both local favourites, watch people ziplining over the water, and sit by the turquoise lake just watching the chaos unfold. Later, I ride out to Sok Valley, meet some locals, and enjoy more chai and pakora surrounded by incredible scenery. To wrap up the day, I ride back to Skardu and have dinner at Balti Cuisine, a restaurant run by a lady I met in a previous video. It’s the perfect way to end my time exploring this unforgettable part of Pakistan.
