Being a 2000 Elo is not worth it…

2000 elo chess is not worth the time you put into it. For someone that has been playing chess consistently for the last 5 years I find it difficult to even pursue rating gains anymore. I realized that chess is developing on me as a hobby and not something I use to be passionate about online. I enjoy the over the board chess tournaments and FIDE tournaments but over time it has become hard to manage. I enjoy meeting new people and fans as well but at the end of the day you start to burn out and maybe I need to figure out how lll go about it again.
