A Full Curl Blueprint: Tye Housley on Landscaping, AI, and Controlled Growth

In this episode of the Builders Bible podcast, Andrew Hathaway speaks with Tye Housley, founder of Full Curl Landscaping in Cedar City, Utah. Ty shares how he launched his design-build landscaping firm in 2022, navigated early growth missteps, and scaled the business to track between $1.4 million and $1.6 million in revenue with a dedicated 12-man team. He details how he leverages offshore virtual assistants for back-office invoicing and estimating, uses AI for 10 hours a day to write step-by-step job site scope manuals for field trailers, promotes field laborers into crew foremen, and educates homeowners on the long-term value of high-quality installation over cheap competitor bids.
