"I'm a Lt. Colonel!" - Arrogant Doctor Refuses Cops, Instant Window Smash

"I'm a Lt. Colonel!" — Arrogant Doctor Refuses Cops, Instant Window Smash During a routine night patrol, law enforcement officers initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling 63 mph in a 40 mph zone. Upon contact, the driver—identified as a high-ranking military officer and medical doctor—refused to comply with standard procedures, refusing to lower her window or provide identification. Suspecting impairment, deputies ordered the driver to step out of the vehicle in accordance with established search and seizure law (Pennsylvania v. Mimms). The driver continuously refused, challenging the officers' legal authority and demanding a supervisor. After multiple formal warnings were ignored, the supervisor ordered forced extraction. Officers shattered the driver's side window, unlocked the vehicle, and placed the suspect into custody. Subsequent testing confirmed a blood alcohol concentration well above the legal limit.
