In this video we build "Object World": a live environment in the browser where everything is an object, objects communicate only by sending messages, and the programs you write are objects too. There is no framework and no build step. You assemble interfaces from a hundred pre-made object classes, wire them together by dragging, edit the running code, and write a class of your own that immediately becomes reusable. Along the way we build a thermostat from scratch — first by hand on the canvas, then as nine lines of code — and deliberately break it to see what the error reporting looks like.
