Cognita Be Well Day 2019

September 27, 2019 -- ISHCMC-AA had our first Global Be Well Day on September 27, 2019 along with 70+ Cognita schools in the world. In lieu of classes, our entire student body enjoyed a full day of wellness activities with parents joining for group yoga, team building games, and a variety of healthy snacks and drinks from student groups and local vendors.
