MOST DISCUSSING THING A PERSON CAN DO!! CHANGES BABYS DIPPER IN PUBLIC THEN THROUGH IT ON GROUND!!

As ‪@MRSJMBlueNose‬, Morty, & I (‪@JMBlueNose‬, ‪@BampisGarage‬)where leaving the grocery store. We seen what to me is the worst thing any parent can do. They charged the child's diaper on the side of the road as many people driving past that was exposing the child's private area's to alm that passed them. Then they had even thrown the diaper, wipes and all right on the ground #littering. As to me that's completely the worst possible people and parents there could be. Especially when they where less than 300 yards from the driveway to the grocery store that has 3 baby changing stations as there is one in each of the men's and women's rooms and then one in the family room as well the sometimes even just a diaper changing room in itself. As there was just a offender who was raided by #FBI and #swat team maybe 2 weeks ago that was not even 5 minutes down the road from here.To me this should be #criminal #charges on them for this #dashcam #roadtrip #adventure in #maine #newengland clip proving it all.
