INGREDIENTES Para la base: Galletas de vainilla (tipo María o similar)- 350 gr (12 oz) Mantequilla- 130 gr (1/2 taza) Para el relleno: Yemas de huevo 6 Leche condensada 400 cc (1 lata) Ralladura y jugo de 1/2 lima o limón Pulpa de mango 1 taza (240 gr) Esencia de vainilla (o de mango si la consigues) 1 cucharadita Para el chantilly Crema de leche (o nata para montar, heavy cream) 1 taza Azúcar glass 2 o 3 cucharadas (a gusto) Esencia de vainilla 1 cucharadita This mango tart or mango pie is fresh, delicious, and super easy to prepare.
