Craziest Movie Set Stories

What Happened Behind The Scenes Of These Famous Movies Today, we’re checking out the craziest stories from movie sets. We’ve got stories from Titanic involving a VERY special batch of chowder, some very unexpected actors' experiences - like when Benedict Cumberbatch was kidnapped. The Grinch had some seriously intense co-workers - you’ll be shocked to know why CIA torture experts were brought to set! The crew on the movie Premium Rush thought they were going to lose Joseph Gordon-Levitt after he was unexpectedly cut off by a rogue taxi. Speaking of cars on set - the Batmobile was once mistaken for an Alien spaceship by a drunk driver who drove right into the production’s car! There are some workplace hazards that come with playing Wolverine in X-Men - mainly the long prop claws that cut him when he was caught running on set in the nude. At least that’s what he thought until all the female crew members were waving dollar bills to surprise him. The Harry Potter set was full of magic and apparently, some pretty crazy restrictions. Alan Rickman banned Matthew Lewis and Rupert Grint from being closer than five feet to his car. Pockets of all the cast members' gowns had to be sewn shut to stop them all from sneaking food and drinks onto the set! Horror movies are creepy enough as is, but The Amityville Horror remake with a young Ryan Reynolds faced some pretty creepy stuff - like a body washing up near their set and spooky wakeups for many cast members. Oh, and we can’t forget the secret Avengers Music Video… Subscribe: http://bit.ly/Subscribe-to-Things 00:00 Intro 00:26 Titanic Revenge 01:23 Kidnapped Benedict Cumberbatch 01:53 Jim Carrey in How The Grinch Stole Christmas 02:25 Justin Long in Youth in Revolt 02:54 Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s Close Call 03:26 Banged Up Batmobile 03:44 Hugh Jackman in X-Men: Origins Wolverine 04:15 The Revenant 04:48 The Amityville Horror (2005) 05:25 The Wizard of Oz 05:48 Cornfields in Interstellar 06:08 Alan Rickman’s Car 06:23 Christopher Mintz-Plasse in Superbad 06:56 Tom Felton in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban 07:19 The Avengers Music Video 07:48 Outro Our Social Media: Facebook:   / thethingscom   For more videos and articles visit: https://www.thethings.com Written by: Thalia GK Narrated by: Serena L Edited by: V.Serhii For copyright matters please contact us at: legal@valnetinc.com
