Join me on the first flight of an incredible journey across Australia and the Pacific—six flights in seven days! This adventure begins onboard Qantas flight QF8650, operated by Airnorth, from Kununurra (KNX) to Darwin (DRW) on 4 July 2026. Flying from seat 1F aboard the Embraer E170, we depart Runway 12 before climbing over the spectacular landscapes of the Kimberley and into Australia's tropical Top End. The changing scenery on this flight is simply breathtaking. Watch as rugged ranges, winding rivers, and vast wilderness stretch to the horizon, highlighting just how remote and beautiful northern Australia really is. This flight was extra special as it was not only my first time flying aboard the Embraer E170, but also my very first visit to Darwin and Australia's Northern Territory. It made the journey even more memorable as I continued my travels home before heading onward to Fiji and Kiribati.
