Today on South Texas Midday, we begin the second week of our series, Prep for the Polls: Corpus Christi City Council Edition. The series introduces the candidates running for City Council and gives them an opportunity to share their thoughts on major issues facing the city, including the proposed Inner Harbor Seawater Desalination Plant. The District One council member represents North Beach, Downtown, Uptown, the north side of Corpus Christi, Calallen and Annaville.
