"It's been a while..." This is a song about a girl's unrequited first love. In love with a man who loved someone else. A first love that was never meant to be. That girl's preachin' to the choir, here. Since this song isn't really FROM an anime (though it's to the tune of SuperCell's 'Kimi no Shiranai Monogatari' which I'll be covering later) I kinda' went crazy with it and chose Haru. Partly because her story is one destined to go unresolved, but also because Green Moriyama has written an incredible fanfic about Haru's life after it all. Finishing her story, as it should be.
