First Football Game in BANGKOK! Port FC vs Buriram United

For Carles's birthday, we decided to go to a football (soccer) match in Bangkok, Thailand! We heard that Port FC is the best Bangkok team to go watch as the stadium is in the center of Bangkok! We were even more excited that they were playing against Buriram United - the #1 team in Thailand! We were able to take the MRT to Klong Toei station and walk through the Klong Toei market to PAT Stadium (where Port FC plays). The tailgate area outside of the stadium is HUGE and has an amazing atmosphere!!! There were so many Thais and also foreigners in Port FC shirts eating Thai street food and drinking cheap beer (with ice). It was so fun before we even entered! Usually you can buy tickets when you walk up to the stadium for as cheap as 50 baht each ($1.50 usd). However we were able to get tickets ahead of time for this game as it was supposed to sell out since Buriram United is the #1 team in Thailand! Even though Port FC lost, the game was still so much fun!!!
