I Challenged Ireland's #1 Amateur Champion To An 18 Hole Match!

I took on the Irish Amateur Champion in a 1 v 1 match...just one week after he won the Irish Amateur Championship. He is a +5 handicap , one of the longest elite amateurs in Ireland and he is now about to turn professional and make his DP World Tour debut at the Amgen Irish Open. So I thought I would see how i stack up against one of the best amateur golfers in the country. +2 vs +5 handicap, 18 hole stroke play! This one got seriously competitive. We played at the redesigned Golf at the Hawthorn Galway Bay, it was my first time playing the course and I was shocked at how good this golf course was! Drone footage credit: James Hogg.
