Seismic Reservoir Characterisation in Depth Domain

In this presentation we discuss the application of some new technology developed by Ikon Science over several years. We discuss, 'Why we would want to invert in depth in the first place?' as well as looking at some of the key challenges before introducing the 'Facies based inversion in the time domain' and how it has been modified for 'Facies based inversion in the depth domain'. We'll then look at a brief case study and discuss the conclusions.
