This macrame wall hanging uses the macrame arrow pattern to create a boho macrame wall hanging design. This tutorial is for the intermediate macrame artist, however, If you are a beginner to macrame, don't hesitate to try it. There are easy step-by-step instructions to lead you through the macrame pattern. If you are not familiar with the double clove hitch aka double half hitch knot, see the link for a tutorial below. The double clove hitch knot is the predominant knot in this tutorial. This double clove hitch macrame design uses geometric shapes and a beautiful layered fringe to give it a boho feel. Materials Required: 80 cm dowel (approximately) 85 meters of 4mm, single strand macrame cord (approximately), cut into the following lengths: -18 @ 300 cm (for the geometric arrow pattern) -1 @ 100 cm (for the extra fringe layer) -43 @ 65 cm (for the extra fringe layer, you made need more or less) This is the cord that I used for this project.
