River North Tyne Chollerford to Acomb Low Water at 0.51m

River North Tyne from Chollerford to Acomb ahead of next weekend’s Tyne Tour event. Levels were very low at 0.51m, but we still found a decent bunch of laughs. Section: Chollerford to Acomb Grade: 2/3, with Warden Gorge as the Grade 3 section Level: 0.51m on the gauge (very low) Check out https://bunnk.co.uk/ This was a scout run to check the river before the club trip to the Tyne Tour next weekend. Low water makes for a scrapey, technical trip, and Warden Gorge will feel different with more water in it, so check levels before you go.
