Feel-Good Disco House Mix | Vocal Classics & Disco Edits | SUPREME Sessions 001

Some nights start with one record. This one started with Chaka Kenn’s “Thinking About My Baby”. I’m Igor. Music has long been my way of bringing people together: choosing the records, building an evening around them, and finding the moment when everyone feels the same groove. For this set, I hit record at home and followed that feeling again. The mix moves through disco house, vocal house and funky house. I love hearing a familiar voice in a version that makes me listen again. You’ll hear that thread running from Adeva and Todd Terry through “Lola’s Theme”, “Groovejet”, “Together Again” and “Deep Inside”. Some tracks pull you in with a vocal; others keep the room moving with a bassline or piano. Play it from the beginning and let it unfold. If a track or transition stays with you, tell me which one in the comments. I’d love to know what you heard. Subscribe for more SUPREME mixes from home and beyond.
