Riding the New Melbourne Metro

Melbourne has a brand-new way to get across the city — and naturally, I had to go and have a look! In this episode of The Backyard Traveller, I’m jumping aboard Melbourne’s new Metro Tunnel for a ride beneath the city, checking out the new underground stations and seeing what this new addition to Melbourne’s transport network is actually like. From Arden and Parkville to State Library, Town Hall and Anzac, we’ll travel through the new tunnel, explore the stations, take a look at the architecture and design, and see how Melbourne feels from beneath the streets.
