How to arrange OpenToonz interface ('cus people are being rude)

Okay, just a quick note. I know when I did my old OpenToonz video, I put the Style Editor on the left side of the Tool Bar but I changed my preferences over time and now I prefer it on the right side of the Tool Bar now.
