This video walk-through is for How to make a Leather Map Case. Can also be used for Architectural Blueprints or Posters. Would also be the perfect accessory for your Steampunk or Pirate cosplay. Sling it over your shoulder with the longer strap, or carry it with the optional handle. Find the pattern on my Etsy shop: https://www.etsy.com/listing/15368844... I designed this to be strong, easy to put together, hand-stitch, and have a great finished product. Measurements, other than stitching, were done in inches since i'm in the U.S. and only have access to hardware sized in inches. Size: outer length 26 inches, inner diameter 3.75 inches. Depending on the thickness and temper of your leather, you might need to use the optional strip to reinforce the really long seam of the case body and/or the cap. I used a very thick and stiff leather, so in the video I don't use the strip, but I do mention it. The keepers, buckles, and D-rings will either be 1 inch or 1.25 inch. In your print settings, choose the correct paper size and also select the "actual size" setting Files are not for resale or to be shared free, as they are copyrighted.
