Luke 15:11-32 The Parable of the Prodigal Son (Lost Son) The story of the Prodigal Son tells of a younger son who leaves his father’s home after demanding his inheritance, but wastes everything and eventually finds himself in desperate poverty. He returns home repentant, and his father welcomes him with love and celebration rather than condemnation. The story illustrates God’s forgiveness, mercy, and joy when a person who has gone astray repents and returns to Him. ‪@adventisthymns_ke‬
