Albany & State St. The Old Neighborhood Schenectady NY

Dunkin Donuts at Kelton ave walking up Albany Street to Robinson and back down State St. A visit to the old neighborhood where I lived. It's not the same. The streets were once nice and the neighbors friendly. You felt safe and people pretty much knew everyone back then. What happened to it all?
