My San Juan Island Bike Ride Went HORRIBLY Wrong…Then We Found Orcas!

Welcome back to another travel adventure! San Juan Island bike ride disaster leads to unexpected Orca encounter! What started as a scenic cycling adventure on San Juan Island quickly turned into a test of survival when our planned route went horribly wrong. We were exploring the beautiful trails of San Juan Island in 2026, hoping for stunning coastal views and maybe some wildlife spotting. However, a wrong turn and a series of unfortunate events left us stranded and wondering if we’d even make it back. Have you ever had a dip youve had to navigate out of?
