Devachem Jivit Jiyeyat - Are You Prepared for Eternity? 🙏 Prudence of the Dishonest Steward - 6 Nov

🙏 Are You Prepared for Eternity? | Learn from the Prudence of the Dishonest Steward Are we as serious about preparing for eternal life as we are about securing our future in this world? In the Gospel, Jesus speaks about a dishonest steward who acts decisively when he realises that his position is coming to an end. Jesus does not praise his dishonesty. He draws attention to his prudence and determination. If people are so resourceful in looking after their worldly interests, shouldn't we be even more prudent in preparing for eternity? The readings invite us to reflect on three important aspects of our Christian life: 🙏 Be prudent and prepare yourself: Use your time, talents and opportunities wisely. Do not postpone your spiritual preparation. ✝️ Live according to God's teachings: Faith is not merely about listening to God's Word. It must be reflected in our choices, decisions and daily actions. 🕊️ Remember that you are a citizen of Heaven: Our ultimate home is with God. Let our lives reflect the values of His Kingdom rather than becoming attached only to worldly things. These homilies challenge us to ask: Am I using my time and gifts in a way that pleases God? Do my daily choices reflect the teachings of Jesus? Am I preparing myself for the life to come? Is Heaven truly the destination towards which I am living? Do not wait until tomorrow to prepare for eternity. Begin today! May these reflections help us become wise stewards of God's gifts, faithful disciples of Jesus and true citizens of Heaven. 🔔 Subscribe for more Catholic homilies, Gospel reflections, daily Mass readings and spiritual inspiration. #catholichomily #prepareforeternity #citizensofheaven #dishoneststeward #gospelreflection #catholicfaith #followjesus #eternallife
