Inside an OCC Shoebox Processing Center

I'm Nathan Robb a year round volunteer for Operation Christmas Child near Wheeling, WV apart of the Great Lakes Region. Today I am in Charlotte, NC at the Samaritans Purse, Shoebox Processing Center. During National Collection week we got a lot of questions about what happens after the boxes go to the Processing Centers. I love this project and love knowing lives are being transformed through these shoeboxes. So I took matters into my own hands, got permission and spent a couple days filming every aspect of the PCC to answer your questions.
