With a Little Help From My Friends - The Beatles (Guitar and Bass Cover)

Hello YouTube! I'm back with a very special song, the first of which to feature my new (to me!) 2021 Rickenbacker 4003s. After modifying it myself, this bass now has a "vintage" (as Rickenbacker describes it) 4001 Neck pickup (not seen in the video) This pickup definitely helps to reduce the gain in the neck position to get that smooth but thumpy Pepper-era sound. This song also features drums played by yours truly... just like the first few videos on my channel! Heres some info on the recoding history of this song: "With a Little Help from My Friends (originally titled A Little Help from My Friends) is a song primarily written by Paul McCartney and credited to John Lennon and Paul McCartney, released on The Beatles' album Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band in 1967. The song was written for and sung by Ringo Starr. Though being sung by all the Beatles in half the song, it is only credited as Lennon-McCartney."
