Company Law Marathon

This is a 10-hour Company Marathon session covering the SRA’s SQE1 FLK1 Business Law for candidates of the solicitor’s qualifying examination. We also cover the core syllabus for undergraduate and postgraduate company and business law students in England and Wales. This podcast was prepared by Dr Ioannis Glinavos. Ioannis was in charge of Company Law at the law school of the University of Reading and at the University of Westminster between 2011 and 2024 and continues to teach on a range of related subjects in several UK universities.
