The Nightwalker | Scary Short Horror Film (Sony FX3 + Helios 44-2)

A dying warrior journeys into an ancient tomb, willing to trade his mortality for eternal life, unprepared for what waits in the shadows. About the Production: The Nightwalker was made by a two person crew. Just me behind the camera and my mate in front of it. We shot the entire film in a single day on location at the ruins of Corfe Castle and along the Swanage coastline in Dorset. To achieve a textured, painterly image on a micro budget, I paired the Sony FX3 with an adapted Helios 44-2 58mm f/2. All interior illumination was carved out with a single Neewer 80W LED light. The creature at the climax was brought to life combining live plate cinematography with Higgsfield AI.
