I take on client work alone, and a demo never shows you the rework — which is the only thing that actually breaks a solo schedule.
One good clip proves nothing. The delivery is thirty assets, on a date, with a revision round after it, for a client who knows their brand better than you do. Every failure that produces rework is invisible up front. You re-explain the account every week. The product drifts. The fortieth asset quietly stops agreeing with the first. Everything sits in one queue while the rest of your work waits. A late change means rebuilding things you had already banked.
Here is the whole run on a real job, one sachet into two markets, dozens of ads, done alone. invideo agent reviews every generation against the locked references before it reaches me, which on my own is the difference between catching an error and hearing about it from the client on a Friday afternoon. One ad had gone clinical against the tone note and was re-run before I ever saw it.
Five questions before you commit a client to anything: memory, consistency at volume, fidelity, parallel lanes, revision cost.
For anyone who is the whole agency and cannot afford to build things twice.
