Dark Souls II - Three Adventurer Squad, Elana, Sinh, Aava

There's a crew here in the deep, and they are pretty obnoxious. We had a good run last time, but got backstabbed from a cartoonish distance by the guy with a club, which took 100% of our 75% HP away. Classic. Timeless. We've got a decent gameplan though, what with the power of poison, so we'll try it again. If we get stymied too many times we'll go try to find more poison spells or something. We manage to pull out all the stops and defeat the Treasure Hunting Crew, then quickly move forward through the rest of the DLC. After a few attempts on Elana we get a good roll on her summons and close it out, then it's onwards to the dragon Sinh. We get him on the first try! Afterward it's on to the Shrine of Winter, as we run around the area getting macguffins and such. We eventually reach a fight that is impossible, or nearly impossible, and have to give up.
