This Is NOT the Bee Gees You Remember | Lay It on Me Reaction

The Bee Gees had a much bigger musical range than most people realize, and “Lay It on Me” is a perfect example. In this reaction, I’m checking out this early Bee Gees performance and hearing a side of the group that feels far removed from the sound most casual listeners associate with them. Maurice Gibb takes the spotlight here, and the whole performance has a rawer, more relaxed, almost rootsy feel. The deeper I go into the Bee Gees catalog, the harder they are to put into one musical box. Let me know what you think of “Lay It on Me” and which Bee Gees song I should react to next. #BeeGees #LayItOnMe #BeeGeesReaction #MauriceGibb #MusicReaction Thank you for watching Regular Reactions.
