MISTRIAL?! Lindsay Clancy Defense FIGHTS Judge’s Ruling

After receiving another note from the jury saying they could not reach a unanimous verdict, the judge said he had no choice but to declare a mistrial. But just seconds later, defense attorney Kevin Reddington pushed back, asking the court for an emergency stay to prevent the mistrial from being finalized. The judge granted the defense one hour to file the necessary paperwork before officially declaring the mistrial.
