Pine Junction (Gary, IN) & Homewood, IL Railfanning ft. Fallen Flags, CN 2026, & more! (4/17/26)

For day 2 of my trip to the Midwest, I headed with my dad and friends to Pine Junction in Gary, IN. There we would see a ton of trains with so much variety such as NS 4002, fallen flags, Illinois Central / IC Deathstars, EMD’s, Amtrak trains, and more! After that, we would then head over to Homewood, IL where we would see some nice locomotives aswell such as CN 2026, one of the 250th units, and a C44-9WL! Enjoy!
