3 YEARS WITHOUT A TRIM… LOOK AT THIS HEDGE

Three years without a proper trim… and finally, this massive Thuja hedge is getting the attention it deserves! 🌿✂️ Some projects are about more than just garden maintenance. Sometimes, they’re about giving something back to someone who has always been there for you. 💚 In this video, we’re helping a very special person — a longtime family friend who has supported us countless times over the years. She’s always been there whenever we needed help, and this time, it was our turn to return the favor. She’s still very active and takes great care of her garden, but there’s one job she no longer feels comfortable doing herself: trimming the top of her tall Thuja hedge. And honestly, we completely understand why. Working at height with a hedge trimmer isn’t just physically demanding. It requires balance, concentration, and quite a bit of strength in your shoulders and arms. Especially when you’re dealing with a hedge that hasn’t been properly trimmed in three years. So when she asked if we could help, there was no question about it. Of course we would! 🌱 For this project, we brought three of our favorite machines: 🌿 A regular hedge trimmer for shaping the sides and creating clean, straight lines. 🌿 A telescopic hedge trimmer to reach the higher sections. 🌿 A leaf blower to help with the final cleanup. We also got to use our new professional ladder, which makes working on tall hedges much safer and more comfortable than our old setup. To make collecting the hedge clippings easier, we placed a large tarp underneath the working area and used our big bags to gather all the green waste. And then came the satisfying part… Little by little, the overgrown Thuja hedge started taking shape again. After three years of growth, seeing those clean lines return was incredibly rewarding. We also tried to capture the entire hedge trimming process from different camera angles so you could enjoy the transformation as much as we did. From the detailed cutting to the final cleanup, we hope there’s plenty of satisfying footage for you to relax and enjoy. 😊 But the most important part of this project wasn’t getting the hedge perfectly straight. It was being able to help someone who has helped us so many times before. We truly believe that kindness should go both ways.
