And whenever we make something with potatoes, he has this one name for it “Batate Bonka" That's not the actual name of this dish, of course. It's just what Appa calls it, and somehow, the name has stayed with us. Now, whenever we make this at home, we can't help but remember him saying it. It's such a small thing, but isn't that how so many of our home memories are made? Through little jokes, familiar words and everyday moments that we don't realise we'll cherish someday.
