Union Pacific, Freight Train has been sitting there & blocked some crossings for 30 minutes. It was all blocked from Clay Street to 11th & 12th. They are speeding time building more car hauls from the Brooklyn Yard. City of Portland is trying to push for a Grade Separation on 11th & 12th, Yamhill & Stark. Permanently Closing rest of the crossings in the SE Corridor as a Dead End. Only 3 Crossings should remain, Tillikan Way MAX & the Oregon Railways. They were loaded & build a castle for a very long car hauls. That’s Bad & Frustrated with a long delays. The Yard is located next to a Trimet Bus Yard. They begin to take off to Seattle, Washington @ Noon.
