Recode & Reset Session

Every session is unique in how they go. Some will be purely light language. Some will be silent. Some will be what sounds like a bunch or random words. Some will be more guided meditation like. The energy flows exactly as you need in that moment. Videos of sessions are timeless and can be revisited. Allow yourself to focus on the energy flow moreso than the words.
