Findhorn Festival Celebrating 25 Years

Findhorn Festival of Sacred Dance, Music & Song Sat 15 = 22 July 2017 (7 Days) www.findhorn.org/dancefestival with Susanne Anders Bartholomäi, Bill Henderson, Kate and Rory O'Connell, Sheila Pettit, Renata Ramos, Laura Shannon and Kostantis Kourmadias, Nikolas Angelopoulos, Barbara Swetina, Peter Vallance, Kicky Anderberg and Sabine Neumann. Here are some memories from 25 years of the Findhorn Festival of Sacred Dance Music and Song which we will celebrate this year July 15-22. Preparations are well under way and we can tell you that Kate, Lucy, Bill and Rory will reprise their version of Hora Miresei you can see on this video on the Wednesday morning with Peter. Nikolas is also on the video who will be here again to support Laura and Kostantis with their live music evening. Sabine on accordion and piano is back from last year and will be playing live music with Kicky and others for a live music evening on Thursday with Renata Ramos and Susanne. Susanne is back teaching her morning slot with Laura in the afternoons and different teachers in the second half of the morning including Renata and Peter who will also be hosting a session looking back at the Festivals. Indian Dance and the Ceilidh have their usual evenings and the opening evening will feature all the musicians and teachers. Barbara can be seen in the video and will again be doing one of her amazing evenings. Sheila is doing the choir this year and who else but Bill could do the Orchestra. Renata is bringing a group of 25 Brazilians which we think will make her sessions, and the rest of the Festival a real joy. Hope to see lots of you here in July. We know Anna Barton is looking forward to seeing you all again. www.findhorn.org/dancefestival
