Fall Foliage & Pumpkin Pie: Transitioning our Mountain Cabin for Thanksgiving! 🍁 We’re taking a deep breath and recharging on the mountain after a busy couple of weeks. Peak fall foliage has finally hit the North Georgia mountains, and the view from our windows looks like a Bob Ross painting! But with the beautiful leaves comes a lot of yard work, so we’re spending the weekend transitioning the cabin from Halloween to the holiday season. In this vlog, Todd shares his "secret" recipe for a vegan pumpkin pie using fresh puree (thanks to our 37 pumpkins!) and some clever substitutes. We’re also taking down the witch hats and skeletons, refreshing our porch rail boxes with winter-hardy pansies and evergreens, and sharing some big plans for a 20ft+ Christmas tree. Plus, we recap our recent wedding anniversary date night in Atlanta seeing Beetlejuice Beetlejuice!
