What does baptism mean, and what does it look like when new life in Jesus begins to reproduce through ordinary people?
In the final week of our HEALTHY sermon series, Pastor Dan shares from Matthew 28:18–20 and Romans 6:3–4.
Throughout this series we have explored what it means to become healthy disciples — rooted in Jesus, formed by His ways, connected to His body, and sent to help others discover new life in Him.
Baptism gives us a powerful picture of the gospel: buried with Christ and raised to new life. But it also reminds us that the Christian life was never meant to stop with us. Jesus calls His followers to make disciples, baptise them, and help them learn to follow Him.
Big Idea: Healthy disciples receive new life from Jesus and help others discover that life too.
