The Good, the Bad & What’s Next for My Pokémon Business

Figured it was time for a real update on Fire Dog TCG and where things stand right now. In the first Sunday Sitrep, I’m talking through what’s been working, what hasn’t, where the business is at, and what I want to focus on next. I’m still figuring a lot of this out as I go, which is really why I wanted to start doing these. I think it’ll be fun to have something to look back on and see how the business changes over time. If you’re trying to build something similar, or you just enjoy following along with the process, let me know what you think.
