Odisha CM Grievance System: 14,046 Complaints Resolved, April Sees Massive Disposal Rate

According to official data, 500 grievances were registered in today’s hearing, while over 600 complaints were received in total during the session. Authorities reported that out of 14,600 total complaints, 14,046 have already been successfully resolved. In the month of April alone, 2,39,933 grievances were received, of which 2,31,240 were addressed, reflecting a high disposal rate under the government’s grievance mechanism. The Chief Minister also confirmed that financial medical assistance of ₹3.60 lakh has been provided to 13 patients as part of welfare support measures linked to grievance hearings. The grievance hearing programme was temporarily paused due to summer vacation. Looking ahead, the next public grievance hearing is expected to be held in Koraput or Jeypore district, continuing the government’s outreach initiative across Odisha.
