Tana AI Agents That Launch Automatically | Learn Tana Commands

In this video, productivity consultant and Tana ambassador R.J. Nestor shares a clip from his Learn Tana Commands course. In it, he helps a participant, Dan, build a powerful AI workflow in Tana. Dan wanted to automatically trigger David Allen’s Natural Planning Model questions whenever starting a new project, and to have AI walk him through the planning process. The result was a smart, streamlined Tana supertag that makes project planning easier and more effective. It’s a surprisingly simple build, and the concept can be adapted to all kinds of workflows. Watch to see how it works—and how you can use the same approach in your own Tana workspace. What I'm building now: HQ for Action, your own AI-powered work system built on plain files and Claude. https://hqforaction.com
