This video shows how to make easy and perfect jalebi at home.( The national sweet of India) Ingredients: Urad dal - 1 cups (Soaked in water for three hours) Sugar – 2 to 2½ cups or (as much you needed) Cornflour- 1 tbsp Rice flour- 1 tbsp White rose water - 1 tbsp Orange-red food colour – ½ tsp A ziplock cover or icing bag Lemon juice- 1 tbsp Ghee - 1 tbsp Water - 3/4 to 1 cup Refined oil This is the first time I've done a video showing my face.
