Common differences include
-Return Home portals being platforms with gems
-Gem placements and chest types varying
-Dragons are not complete, often give just text
-Missing or broken audio
-Placeholder names for boss portals and flying portals

00:39 - A much more aggressive set of cannon shots cause actual struggle when fighting some enemies here
02:03 - An early version of the cannon
03:08 - Times platform leads to nowhere, contains nothing as well, looks different on its sides too
05:04 - Start of Dark Passage
09:02 - Return Home portal lacks a gem
13:12 - Kill area not in place yet, youre effectively trapped down here
17:15 - Start of Lofty Castle
17:29 - The majority of this level is different, but the enemy AI for the flying enemy is unique to these prototypes and not seen in the final build
17:56 - Fairies are different
28:06 - Start of Haunted Towers
28:18 - The entire level is unfinished, theres changes everywhere
28:27 - Wizards that awaken the suits of armor are blue and magenta
28:48 - Super flame breath makes spyro's fire green, and has a circling set of particles around him
30:29 - A completely different layout to the structure across the bridge

51:00 - Jaques throws presents at you more aggressively and constantly. These presents and Jaques himself look very different
51:53 - A currently unknown bug that drops performance hard enough to almost look like a crash. Only appears in boss levels. The game does recover.
53:12 - Mention of "Machinists" World which was removed from the game later on. It's actually Gnasty Gnorc's world, but with a different name.
