Then, I didn't have a PS4 and couldn't keep paying for the remote gaming access through PS +, so I went back to Dark Souls 3, then got into Elden Ring for a while. Upon returning to Bloodborne, I ditched Arcane and the Saw Spear (love you buddy) and tried something different. I finished the game with my Saw Spear/ARC build and moved on to new glories. While it can be hard to use at first, I would recommend the threaded cane to all. I'm not even using it here at max capaticy as I wasn't familar with the weapon yet. It's all you need. If I had been more skilled, I would not have needed the blades of mercy for this fight at all. So, if you ever find yourself in Yharnam, grab a threaded cane post haste! And don't use another weapon during the opening levels. Struggle through, lean on that cane, and whip those beasts into shape!
