Welcome back to our weekly episodes! We left our home in Newcastle to travel around Australia for the next 12 months or more. Our first stop on the way was to chase rainbow and brown trout in the snowy mountains and lake eucumbene. Trout fishing was harder than we thought but it was all worth it when Cat found a giant brown trout in a river. We are travelling around in our ultimate camper and the goal is to find the most epic fish along the way and see awesome places around Australia.
